Valerie, RDH Office Manager
With us since day one, Valerie is an integral part of our team. She began her career as a Registered Dental Hygienist, a role she excelled in for over 25 years. Her passion for patient education and building lasting relationships has always been at the heart of her work. She loves seeing patients' oral health improve over the years and is always ready to greet you with a smile.
For the past five years, Valerie has dedicated her expertise to the front office, mastering the intricacies of dental insurance and customer service. Her deep understanding of both clinical and administrative sides of dentistry ensures a seamless experience for every patient.
When she's not at the office, Valerie enjoys traveling, spending time with her three children, and cheering on her beloved Dallas Cowboys( we all have our faults)!
April RDH
April has been a dedicated Dental Hygienist for over 25 years and knew early on that this was the career path for her. Inspired by her passion for helping people achieve and maintain healthy,beautiful smiles, she pursued her education at Camden County College, where she graduated valedictorian of the Class of 1998.
April loves forming connections with her patients, ensuring they feel comfortable in the chair while keeping them informed and educated about what's happening with their oral health. She believes that strong relationships and patient education go hand in hand with creating lasting, confident smiles.
Her favorite dental tool is the Waterpik, which she not only recommends enthusiastically to patients, but also teaches professionally as an educator for Waterpik.
Outside of the office, April enjoys traveling, cheering on her kids at their sporting events, and spending quality time with her beloved dog, Stella.
Carly RDH
Carly has been passionate about dentistry for over 25 years. She began her career as a Registered and Certified Dental Assistant (RDA/CDA) before advancing her training and becoming a dental hygienist. This strong foundation gives her a unique perspective and allows her to provide patients with comprehensive, knowledgeable care.
As a hygienist, Carly loves building relationships with her patients and helping them protect their smiles through education and prevention. Her favorite advice is simple but powerful: “Floss or Waterpik the ones you want to keep! Use mouthwash, and never skip your recare visits—they’re so important for maintaining oral health.”
Outside of the office, Carly is a busy mom of two and a true fitness enthusiast. She enjoys cooking, reading by the pool, and cheering on her kids at their sports games—all while finding time to stay active and healthy herself.
Jessica RDH
Jessica has been a dental hygienist for more than 17 years and brings a wealth of experience and a gentle touch to our practice. Before becoming a hygienist, she was a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) and Certified Dental Assistant (CDA), which gave her a strong foundation in dentistry and patient care. She is passionate about building strong relationships with her patients and believes education is the key to maintaining lifelong oral health. She loves taking the time to teach her patients helpful tips and tools to improve their smiles.
One of Jessica’s favorite dental aids is the floss pick, which she recommends using before brushing to help loosen plaque. She explains that this allows toothpaste to work more effectively by reaching in between the teeth.
Outside of the office, life keeps Jessica busy as she cheers on her kids at soccer, football, and other activities. When she finds spare time, she enjoys gardening and relaxing trips to the beach.
Nicole Certified Dental Assistant
Nicole first joined our practice nearly 10 years ago as an intern and quickly became a key part of our team. Over the years, she has developed such great synergy with Dr. Sheth that she can practically read his mind during procedures! Patients appreciate her skill, attentiveness, and friendly nature, which help create a comfortable and welcoming environment.
Nicole loves assisting because no two days are ever the same. She thrives on the variety her role brings, as well as the opportunity to connect with and get to know new patients on a daily basis.
Outside of work, Nicole is a true jack of all trades. She enjoys spending time outdoors, caring for her horse, ferrets, and dogs, and staying creative with crocheting. Whether she’s adventuring outside or learning a new skill, Nicole brings the same energy and passion she shows in the office to everything she does.
Renee Registered Dental Assistant
Renee has been a valued Registered Dental Assistant for 13 years and has worked in the dental field for over 20 years. With her extensive experience, she has developed a true passion for patient care—especially when it comes to cosmetic cases. Renee loves seeing the transformation in a patient’s smile and the confidence that follows, making those cases her absolute favorite.
What matters most to Renee is building meaningful relationships with her patients. She strives to make every patient feel comfortable, supported, and cared for throughout their visit.
When she’s not assisting chairside, Renee enjoys shooting pool, playing Texas Hold ’Em, and keeping active at the gym.
Maria Treatment/scheduling coordinator
You'll find Maria, our friendly Treatment/Scheduling Coordinator, at the front desk. With over 30 years in dentistry, she started as a Registered Dental Assistant, and that hands-on experience allows her to truly understand your needs. Now, she puts all her skills to work as a treatment/scheduling coordinator, where she's passionate about helping you get the most from your dental benefits.
Maria wears her heart on her sleeve and treats every patient like family. Outside the office, Maria is a proud mom, who idolizes her son and daughter. She adores her dog, Rosco, and cherishes moments spent with her family—especially at the beach with her best friend, her Mom.
Lisa Insurance Coordinator
With over 30 years in healthcare operations-including nearly two decades dedicated to the dental field- I have earned a reputation as a go-to problem solver. From navigating complex insurance to streamlining workflows, my goal is to make the patient experience seamless and supportive. I believe in combining deep industry knowledge with a down- to -earth approach that puts patients at ease.
Outside the office, I believe in living life to the fullest. I'm a mix of professional expertise and "rock n'roll" spirit. Whether I'm traveling, attending concerts with my extended music-loving family, or enjoying Disney magic with my four children, I bring the same energy and authenticity to my personal life as I do to my career.
Chiquita Our Office Pup
Chiquita joined our office family about two years ago, and it didn’t take long for her to steal everyone’s hearts! Originally from South Carolina, this spunky little Yorkie brings joy, smiles, and lots of energy to our days.
Her passions include belly rubs, chewing on bones, and showing off her zoomies when she gets a burst of excitement. And of course, no day is complete without her favorite hobby—barking at the UPS guy.
Whether she’s greeting patients, curled up for a nap, or keeping us entertained, Chiquita is truly a beloved member of our team. We think you’ll love her just as much as we do!
